SPATIAL MODEL OF SOLITUDE

The project The spatial model of solitude refers to the subjective nature of a man's sense of loneliness in urban space.
Man shapes his own space and can not talk about one specific space. Space is potential opportunities. Space has no limits, is in our mind and is shaped by the existing reality.

Just as there is no one space for all individuals, each individual understands the concept of loneliness differently: loneliness imposed from the outside, indifference, distance of surroundings, loneliness that escapes from activities, contacts, bustle of everyday life and loneliness of consciousness resulting from a lifestyle aimed at development and improvement . The heterogeneity of space creates different kinds of loneliness of the human individual.

Pictures for the project were created in the urban space where haste and a sense of impermanence dominate. In her photographic cycle the author refers to one model of loneliness - THE CITY, which is a postulate of negating loneliness. The background is a contemporary, monumental architecture that strengthens the sense of emptiness and loneliness of a man.

The city - a tangle of people, vehicles, sounds, images, movement, space, a huge number of events, physical interactions ... emptiness, loneliness ... Loneliness? Among many elements of urban reality, multiple verbal and non-verbal contacts? Among the variability and dynamism? YES. Loneliness of the soul. Impermanence of relationships, extermination, lack of commitment, rush, lack of time ... Lack of time for themselves, for analyzing their own emotions, desires, and evaluation of their actions.
